Services

  • Extra registration fee includes: conference kit; abstract book; entrance to all sessions; welcome cocktail; coffee breaks and lunches for 3 days; social dinner; transport from Rome to ENEA C.R. Casaccia on 15th October morning; transport from ENEA C.R. Casaccia to Rome or to Fiumicino Airport on 15th October, at the end of the Conference.
  • Standard registration fee includes: conference kit; abstract book; entrance to all sessions; welcome cocktail; coffee breaks and lunches for 3 days; transport from Rome to ENEA C.R.   • Accompanying person registration fee includes: welcome cocktail; coffee breaks and lunches; social dinner; transport from Rome to ENEA C.R. Casaccia on 15th October; transport from ENEA C.R. Casaccia to Rome or to Fiumicino Airport on 15th October, at the end of the Conference.

 

Deadlines for online registration:

  • EARLY BIRD FEE (EXTEDNDED DEADLINE!):   July 1st 2014, Midnight CEST
  • FINAL DEADLINE: October  5th , Midnight CET

Maximum time available to fill in the registration form: 20 minutes. If you exceed the maximum time available, you will need to fill in the form again.

Proof of student status must be provided by a relevant certificate/letter from the Institution/Tutor and must be sent by email to imekofoods@grupposymposia.it within October 1st 2014. If you are not able to provide the Secretariat with this document, your registration will be considered as a senior one.

You will be asked to provide precise invoicing data.

The invoice data you will provide during the registration process are the data that will be effectively used for the invoice. If your registration fee will be covered by your University/Company/Institution, you must provide the Secretariat with the correct details (please do not forget the VAT number).

You can ask for an invoice VAT excluded if your University/Company/Institution belongs to an INTRASTAT Country; again, in order to do that you will be asked its VAT number (the Secretariat will not accept requests of VAT reimbursement).

Participants are kindly requested to fill in all the fields of the online registration form, selecting all the services they are interest to buy.
Please note that you will not be able to access again your registration form after completing the process.

 

Invoice process

Invoices will be sent after the Secretariat receives and registers the due payment. In case you pay by credit card, please note that you will be charged 4% credit card commissions. This commission will be separately invoiced (without VAT).

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy for registration fees:

  • Full refund of the fee for cancellations received before July 1st 2014 (Midnight CEST)
  • 70% refund of the fee for cancellations received between July 1st and August 31st 2014 (Midnight CEST)
  • No refund for cancellations received after September 30st  2014

All cancellations must be done in written form to Symposia at the e-mail address imekofoods@grupposymposia.it.

 

The refund process will be as follows:

Refunds will be made by the Organising Secretariat starting from 2 months after the beginning of the Conference. You will be charged € 10 as a bank commission expense.

Symposia negotiated convenient rates with a few hotels located near the workshop  venue. In the Accommodation section of the website, you can find a brief description of our hotels with a recap of rates and distance.
